A Small Board serves 6 to 10 people and includes 1 half lb of each of the following cheeses: King’s Ransom (pasteurized cow); Mt Alice (pasteurized cow); St Germain (pasteurized goat); Mad River Blue (pasteurized cow). Along with 3 oz jar of pepper jelly; 6 oz spiced nuts; and gluten free seed crackers, all made in house by The Grand Cook team.
A Large Board serves 15 to 20 people and includes 1 half lb of each of the following cheeses: King’s Ransom (pasteurized cow); Mt Alice (pasteurized cow); 6 oz Lake Breeze (pasteurized goat); Bismark II (raw sheep); and Mad River Blue (pasteurized cow). Along with 2 / 3 oz jars of pepper jelly; 2 / 6 oz spiced nuts; and gluten free seed crackers, all made in house by The Grand Cook team.
For your convenience, each platter also includes wooden spoons a nifty cheese guide.
